14707 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Environment: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open on the week beginning 17 March with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions, and what date are any such consultations expected to close?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Environmental Protection Authority opened one consultation process in the week beginning 17 March 2025. Employment roles and numbers are anticipated to remain the same. Six roles are affected and likely to be reconfirmed into permanent roles. Consultation closed on 26 March 2025. The Ministry for the Environment did not open any consultations during this time.
