14605 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Investment: What access, if any, do staff at the Minister's departments, if any, have to academic databases, and what are these databases, if any?
Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that staff members at the Social Investment Agency have access to the following academic databases as part of a shared services libraries arrangement with MSD: Bridget Williams Books Australasia social science, humanities and policy database (full text) EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) Includes: Academic Search Complete, Business Source Premier, Socindex (full text), Family & Society Studies Worldwide, and HBR Premium. Informit Australasia's leading source of journals, books, reports, grey literature and videos focusing on the humanities and social sciences. NZIER Provides access to NZIER reports (to Quarterly Predictions, Quarterly Survey of Business Opinion, CPI Forecasts Summary Table, and Consensus Forecasts). Pānui Provides access to Māori Policy commentary via a mailing list.
