Camilla Belich to the Minister for Whānau Ora: What specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes, if any, has the Minister issued, imposed, or approved for any agencies under their responsibility regarding the handling, processing, or response to Official Information Act requests since 27 November 2023?

Hon Tama Potaka: I have issued no specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes regarding the handling, processing, or response to Official Information Act requests. However, my expectation is that all requests for information will be handled in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982.
