Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Investment: What specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes, if any, has the Minister issued, imposed, or approved for any agencies under their responsibility regarding the handling, processing, or response to Official Information Act requests since 27 November 2023?

Hon Nicola Willis: Other than my expectation that SIA complies with all statutory requirements under the Official Information Act, I have issued no instruction to the Social Investment Agency nor its predecessor Social Wellbeing Agency related to OIA requests since 27 November 2023.
