14193 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Housing: What was the composition of vehicle fleets, if any, in the Minister’s department’s, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, by fuel type in percentage terms in 2023?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises that its total vehicle fleet for the 2023 financial year was 1,007 vehicles, comprising 22% EV, 74% Hybrid, and 4% plug‑in hybrids (PHEVs). The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development does not have a vehicle fleet.
