Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet provide my office with administrative support for Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) requests that I receive in my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence. Responses prepared adhere to the statutory requirements set out in the Act and in accordance with guidance and rulings issued by the Chief Ombudsman. I take my obligations under the Act seriously and I am committed to an open and transparent government.
