Hon Chris Penk: I have not issued, imposed or approved any specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes for Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), with regard to their handling processing or response to written parliamentary questions. On occasion, there is contact between my office and LINZ on the most appropriate way to respond to written parliamentary questions. However this is on a case-by-case basis and not applicable to all written parliamentary questions.
