Hon Simon Watts: I have not issued any general instructions beyond my expectations that correspondence be kept short and issued as soon as practical. As Minister, I receive a large volume of correspondence; I do not consider it in the public interest to list every time my office or I have issued instructions regarding specific pieces or types of correspondence.
