14149 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Education: What was the composition of vehicle fleets, if any, in the Minister’s department’s, agencies, crown entities or any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, by fuel type in percentage terms in 2025?

Hon Erica Stanford: I refer the Member to the attached table showing the Ministry of Education, the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and Education New Zealand’s, vehicle fleet composition by fuel type for the 2019/20 to 2024/25 financial years. Information relating to the composition of Education Review Office’s vehicle fleets from 2019/20 to 2023/24 is available in their written answers as part of annual reporting and is available on the Parliament website. In 2024/25, 92 percent of their vehicle fleet was hybrid and eight percent was electric. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 14153, 14154, 14156, 14161 and 14165 (2026).
