14133 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Justice: How much, if at all, has legal aid funding for psychological reports for defendants in court increased or decreased over the last 12 months?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the member to table 1, attached, for a monthly breakdown of the amount of legal aid funding approved for psychiatric/psychologist reports in criminal matters, for the period 1 March 2024 to 28 February 2025.
