Camilla Belich to the Minister of Customs: What specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes, if any, has the Minister issued, imposed, or approved for any agencies under their responsibility regarding the handling, processing, or response to Official Information Act requests since 27 November 2023?

Hon Casey Costello: As Minister of Customs, none. My expectation is that the agencies for which I am responsible handle, process, and respond to requests under the Official Information Act 1982 in line with best-practice guidance from the Ombudsman.
