Camilla Belich to the Minister for Courts: What specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes, if any, has the Minister issued, imposed, or approved for any agencies under their responsibility regarding the handling, processing, or response to written parliamentary questions since 27 November 2023?

Hon Nicole McKee: I took guidance from the Ministry in December 2023 regarding timeframes for the draft responses to written parliamentary questions replies to be provided to my office which I accepted. I occasionally request different timeframes from those agreed with the Ministry on a case-by-case basis.
