14084 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Attorney-General: What was budgeted for the Ministers' departments, if any, for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2023/24 financial year and how much was spent?

Hon Judith Collins: • Crown Law Office has budgeted $13k (excluding GST) for the 2023/24 financial year to have our carbon emission data externally verified which is a requirement for CNGP reporting. Crown Law does not anticipate spending more than the budgeted $13k for the current 2023/24 financial year. • In 2023/24 the PCO spent $16,565 on gaining audit verification for the 2022/23 financial year as part of the Carbon Neutral Government Programme.
