Hon Mark Mitchell: Officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, the National Emergency Management Agency, and the Cyclone Recovery Unit provide administrative support for Official Information Act 1982 requests I receive in my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery. Responses prepared adhere to the statutory requirements set out the Act and in accordance with guidance and rulings issued by the Chief Ombudsman. I take my obligations under the Act seriously and I am committed to open and transparency government.
