14029 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What was budgeted for the Ministers' departments, if any, for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2023/24 financial year and how much was spent?

Hon Simeon Brown: MoT The Ministry budgeted $11.5k for CNGP in FY 2023/24. Spend for this financial year to date is $12.5k. CAA No funds were specifically budgeted in the 23/24 financial year. NZTA $1.570m was budgeted by New Zealand Transport Agency Waka Kotahi for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in 2023/24. To 30 April 2024, $532,222 has been spent on the programme in 2023/24. This covers audit and personnel costs in responding to the requirements of the programme.
