Georgie Dansey to the Minister for Regulation: Does he agree with the Ministry for Regulation's characterisation that "New Zealand's reliance on imported refined fuel can increase our exposure to price shocks and supply constraints"; and if so, what steps, if any, has he taken since taking office to reduce that reliance?

Hon David Seymour: Yes. I have improved the quality of regulation so people can exercise greater choice.
