Camilla Belich to the Minister for Seniors: What specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes, if any, has the Minister issued, imposed, or approved for any agencies under their responsibility regarding the handling, processing, or response to ministerial correspondence since 27 November 2023?

Hon Casey Costello: As Minister for Seniors, none. MSD and the Office for Seniors have developed best practice guidelines that I believe are adequate.
