Georgie Dansey to the Minister for Regulation: Who within the Ministry for Regulation will assess submissions received through the public form for regulatory ideas to respond to the fuel supply situation, and what criteria will be used to determine which ideas are advanced to Ministers?

Hon David Seymour: I am informed it is the same team that is responsible for the Red Tape Tipline. The criteria the Ministry uses include: the likely impact on fuel savings, speed and feasibility of implementation, impacts on health and safety, and fiscal implications or other risks.
