14012 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: What is the total expenditure, if any, on staff redundancies across all agencies under the Minister’s responsibility, if any, since 27 November 2023, broken down by agency?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Sport New Zealand: Since 1 July 2024, there has been no spending. I refer the member to Sport New Zealand responses to question 1 of the Annual Review for the 2023/24 Financial Year. Drug Free Sport New Zealand (disestablished on 30 June 2024): $86,786 Redundancy which resulted from the disestablishment of Drug Free Sport New Zealand. Sport Integrity Commission (commenced operations on 1 July 2024): Nil.
