14004 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Prime Minister: Further to his replies to Questions 12213 and 8143 (2026), why has he not discussed Hon Chris Bishop’s conflict of interest regarding the Melling Interchange with his Minister?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: The Cabinet Office, on behalf of the Prime Minister, supports Ministers in identifying and managing conflicts of interest that may arise in relation to their portfolios or other ministerial responsibilities, including ensuring that there is an agreed management plan. The details of how the Cabinet Office provides that support are set out at paragraph 2.61 of the Cabinet Manual.
