13988 (2026). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Police: What specific IPCA recommendations arising from the former Deputy Commissioner Jevon McSkimming's case have been fully implemented to date by Police, if any, and which remain outstanding?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that of the 13 Police directed recommendations arising from the IPCA’s report, one has been fully implemented. This is recommendation four: Reviewing the status and rank of the Director of Integrity and Conduct. The remaining 12 recommendations are currently in progress and are at various stages of implementation, with several close to completion.
