Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: What specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes, if any, has the Minister issued, imposed, or approved for any agencies under their responsibility regarding the handling, processing, or response to ministerial correspondence since 27 November 2023?

Hon Karen Chhour: In July 2024, the Minister requested Te Puna Aonui officials to use English greetings and sign-offs when drafting Ministerial correspondence. Officials were also asked to include translations whenever using te reo Māori.
