13944 (2026). Debbie Ngarewa-Packer to the Minister of Revenue: How much fuel tax revenue (excise + GST), if any, has the Government collected in the past 12 months?

Hon Simon Watts: Inland Revenue does not collect fuel excise duty. Inland Revenue does not hold information on how much GST is collected specifically on fuel as this is not itemised on returns of GST.
