Hon Chris Penk: I have not issued, imposed or approved any specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes for Land Information New Zealand (LINZ), with regard to their handling processing or response to Ministerial correspondence. When commissioning a response to ministerial correspondence, my office may issue timeframes that LINZ must meet. These timeframes range from 5 to 20 working days, and are determined by the nature of the correspondence.
