Hon Brooke van Velden: As the Minister of Internal Affairs, I have not given any specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes to the handling, processing, or response of ministerial correspondence. The Department of Internal Affairs follows a Minister’s preference guide document for ministerial correspondence.
