13916 (2026). Hon Willie Jackson to the Minister for Māori Development: Will he commit to releasing Te Puni Kōkiri's cost-benefit analysis for the proposed restructuring, including any assessment of the long-term cost to the Crown of lost institutional knowledge and Māori development expertise?

Hon Tama Potaka: This is an operational matter for Te Puni Kōkiri and the Secretary for Māori Development. I am advised final decisions on Te Ara Whakamua | The Way Forward 2026 (Corporate and Risk & Assurance) have yet to be made.
