13914 (2026). Hon Willie Jackson to the Minister for Māori Development: Has any independent assessment been carried out of the cumulative capability risk to Te Puni Kōkiri arising from successive rounds of restructuring since 2023; if not, why not?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that no independent assessment has been carried out. Each change process has had a focus on maintaining critical functions and capability.
