Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Lead Coordination Minister for the Government's Response to the Royal Commission’s Report into Historical Abuse in State Care and in the Care of Faith-based Institutions: How, if at all, will decisions about the scope of settings to improve safety in care weight the criteria of: risk or vulnerability, cost effectiveness, feasibility, practicality, and the role of the State?

Hon Erica Stanford: Officials will provide advice to Ministers on which settings should be in scope for each aspect of the Crown response. I expect that advice on options to be informed by an assessment against relevant and appropriately weighted criteria.
