13901 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: What was budgeted for the Ministers' departments, if any, for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2023/24 financial year and how much was spent?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence I am not a Responsible Minister. In my capacity as the Prime minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
