Hon Chris Bishop: My office provided Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities with a list of some of my preferences when drafting correspondence. These are largely administrative in nature, and include items such as format, font size and type, margins, and salutations. This also includes some brief guidance on when to use te reo Māori. I have not issued, imposed or approved any directions, instructions or procedural changes for the handling of Ministerial correspondence to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
