13886 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: What percentage of bond refund requests, if any, made since 1 December 2025 have been waiting for a month or longer to be processed and refunded?

Hon Tama Potaka: Where refund timeliness is greater than or equal to 20 Working Days. - First action taken on the application: 0.84% - End-to-End completion of processing to payment: 10.64% (of these, 80.3% resulted in a payment being made) Payment being made is determined by if the refund request contains a refund action where payment has commenced.
