Hon Tama Potaka: Where refund timeliness is greater than or equal to 40 Working Days. - First action taken on the application: 0.14% - End-to-End completion of processing to payment: 0.16% (of these, 92.7% resulted in a payment being made) Payment being made is determined by if the refund request contains a refund action where payment has commenced.
