Hon Tama Potaka: Value of Refund Requests Received, 1 December 2025 to 16 April 2026: $146,920,861 Value of Refund Requests Refunded, 1 December 2025 to 16 April 2026 $133,591,410 The gap between Received and Refunded includes scenarios such as refund requests still in progress and not yet processed, or requests were received but we did not have enough information to process and for payment to be made. Data Derived Notes: 1. The value of refund requests received is calculated using the total refund amount recorded on each refund request submitted since 1 December 2025. 2. The amount refunded to date reflects refund payments already issued (including partial refunds), regardless of whether the request is fully completed.
