13868 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: How much money has been budgeted for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme for the Minister's Departments, if any, for the next financial year?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence I am not a Responsible Minister. In my capacity as the Prime minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
