Camilla Belich to the Minister for Courts: What specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes, if any, has the Minister issued, imposed, or approved for any agencies under their responsibility regarding the handling, processing, or response to ministerial correspondence since 27 November 2023?

Hon Nicole McKee: My office issued guidance to the Ministry of Justice on my preferred salutations, signoffs and style preferences on 1 December 2023. My formal letterhead was provided on 12 December 2023. I took guidance from the Ministry in December 2023 regarding timeframes for draft correspondence replies to be provided to my office which I accepted. I occasionally request different timeframes from those agreed with the Ministry on a case-by-case basis.
