Camilla Belich to the Minister of Conservation: What specific directions, guidance, policies, instructions, or procedural changes, if any, has the Minister issued, imposed, or approved for any agencies under their responsibility regarding the handling, processing, or response to ministerial correspondence since 27 November 2023?

Hon Tama Potaka: The Department of Conservation has comprehensive processes for answering correspondence. At a systems level, the only instructions I have provided were regarding my preferred greetings and signatures.
