13757 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Is it the Ministers expectation that all Police Beat Team across the country will move rough sleepers on from city centres as part of the government's move on orders?

Hon Mark Mitchell: My expectation is that Police use their discretion and judgement, as with any of the tools available to them.
