13756 (2026). Scott Willis to the Minister for Energy: Was the decision to stop publishing estimates of importer fuel margins taken by Ministers, Cabinet, or the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that the decision was made by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, as an operational matter after the data materially changed, due to the conflict.
