Hon Nicola Willis: The Treasury is committed to reducing its carbon emissions in line with targets set by Government, but does not budget specifically for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme. The RBNZ is committed to reducing its carbon emissions in line with targets set by Government, but does not budget specifically for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme.
