13700 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What ongoing monitoring and reporting on asset maintenance savings, if any, is Kāinga Ora undertaking?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities provides me and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development with regular updates on savings progress through its monthly and quarterly reports. It is also providing me and the Minister of Finance with a specific update on the asset management and maintenance savings as part of the report back the Kāinga Ora Board committed to through its turnaround plan this month.
