13686 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Housing: What is the total amount, if any, spent on severance payments and redundancy packages by any agencies under the Minister’s responsibility since 27 November 2023, broken down by agency and highest individual payment?

Hon Chris Bishop: The information can be found captured in response to questions 19, 20, 21, 30, 46, 49, 50, 51, 52, 68, 90, 91, 97, 99 in Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities 2023/24 Annual Review. I am advised that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has paid $2,645,118.28 in redundancy payments since 27 November 2023. The highest individual payment was $127,711.
