13676 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Customs: What was budgeted for the Ministers' departments, if any, for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2023/24 financial year and how much was spent?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that, in the 2023/24 financial year, the New Zealand Customs Services’ (Customs) budget for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme is $40,000. As at 30 April 2024, Customs has spent $7,148 and forecasts expenditure to be close to budget by 30 June 2024.
