13530 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Economic Growth: What is the total amount, if any, spent by any agencies under the Minister’s responsibility on external contractors for policy advice since 27 November 2023, broken down by agency and contractor?

Hon Nicola Willis: Financial year costs associated with the cost of external contractors for policy advice for the year 2023–24 are detailed in the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment's 2023-24 Annual Review documents. I refer the Member to question 142 of these documents, which are publicly available on Parliament’s website. Information for the 2024–25 year will be publicly available in MBIE's 2024–25 Annual Review documents. Therefore, I do not consider it to be in the public interest to spend additional time and resources on compiling this information.
