13499 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: How much money has been budgeted for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme for the Minister's Departments, if any, for the next financial year?

Hon Mark Mitchell: The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency located within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). DPMC hosts the functional Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery Unit (CRU), a business unit of DPMC. In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I am not a Responsible Minister, the Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for DPMC. I refer the Member to the Prime Minister’s response to Written Parliamentary Question 14073 (2024).
