13383 (2026). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Prime Minister: What national security or resilience exercises involving fuel supply disruption scenarios, if any, had the government conducted in the 24 months prior to February 2026?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised that DPMC led three National Exercise Programme exercises involving discussion of a range of risks, including fuel supply disruption scenarios within the specified timeframe.
