13367 (2024). Kahurangi Carter to the Minister for Children: Is the Minister considering any legislation to ensure strategic partnerships between Oranga Tamariki and community groups will continue?

Hon Karen Chhour: No. The repeal of section 7AA of the Oranga Tamariki Act 1989 will not prevent Oranga Tamariki from continuing its relationships with current strategic partners.
