13361 (2024). Kahurangi Carter to the Minister for Children: What direction if any has the Minister provided to Oranga Tamariki to pursue new strategic partnerships listed by title date?

Hon Karen Chhour: Pursuing or entering into a new strategic partnership is a decision for the Chief Executive of Oranga Tamariki. I have told Oranga Tamariki that they should continue with existing strategic partnerships and enter into new partnerships when and where there are good reasons to do so.
