Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Energy: what advice, if any, listed by date and title, has he received from MbiE officials or Transpower that the occurrence of low residual notices from Transpower are the result of the previous Government's cancellation of new oil and gas exploration permits in 2018?

Hon Simeon Brown: It is not normal practice for officials to frame advice in a manner that outlines the short coming of a previous government.
