13334 (2024). Hon Jo Luxton to the Minister of Immigration: What correspondence, including letters, emails, text messages, whatsapp, signal, or any other form of electronic communication, if any, did the Minister or any member of their Office receive between 27 November 2023 and 23 May 2024 (both dates inclusive) from DairyNZ or any person working on behalf of DairyNZ, by subject and date?

Hon Erica Stanford: • My office received a letter from Chair and CE by email on 13 December 2023, which I responded to by letter dated 22 March 2024. This letter concerned labour issues in the dairy sector. • A letter received by email on 22 March 2024 was also co-signed by a member of the leadership team of DairyNZ and concerned the Accredited Employer Work Visa and the agricultural sector. • Three text messages between a member of my office and a staff member of Dairy NZ re scheduling a meeting. Followed by four emails between 15 April and 30 April 2024, for the purpose of scheduling the same meeting.
