13329 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Social Investment: What is the total cost, if any, of outsourced research or reports commissioned by any agencies under the Minister’s responsibility since 27 November 2023, broken down by agency, purpose, and provider?

Hon Nicola Willis: I have been advised that the Social Investment Agency has commissioned the following report since its establishment on 1 July 2024: Review of Policy work against the quality framework, $19,250, New Zealand Institute of Economic Research incorporated. Its predecessor, the Social Wellbeing Agency outsourced the following: Carbon Audit Fee for 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024, $2706.75, Toitῡ Envirocare Ltd.
